Terms of Service

1. What this is

recrawl (at recrawl.co) is operated by PT Crawl Compass Indonesia ("Crawl Compass"), the analytics tool it uses to deliver SEO services to its clients. Access is invite-only; there is no public self-signup.

2. Eligibility

You may use recrawl only if you are (a) a member of the Crawl Compass team, or (b) a representative of a Crawl Compass client whom we have invited. If you do not have an invite, you cannot use recrawl.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access data that does not belong to you or your organization.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits.
  • Do not share your sign-in credentials; each user gets their own account.
  • Do not use the dashboard to scrape, crawl, or extract data at scale.
  • Only connect Google accounts, properties, and Business Profile listings that you own or are explicitly authorized to manage. Do not use connected Google APIs for competitor data harvesting, lead generation, or automated review generation.
  • Do not use the dashboard to violate any law, including data-protection laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Your data

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using recrawl you agree to it.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. recrawl is used within the context of a paid Crawl Compass services engagement, and the terms of that engagement govern any service-level commitments.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if your underlying Crawl Compass services engagement ends. You may stop using recrawl at any time by emailing hello@crawlcompass.com and requesting account deletion.

7. Disclaimers

recrawl is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. The data shown is derived from third-party APIs (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and others) and reflects what those APIs return. We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the dashboard. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
